So many people have expressed saying: "I would love to get involved but I want to make certain that all my money gets to the people who really need it."

It is our concern also that your help gets directly to these children, this is why we offer an "open door" policy where you can come and see for yourself, first hand, where you feel your help would best be useful. It could be a small mission trip to help repair or build a wall or roof for a needy family, it could be just bringing pencils and notebooks for some of the school children, it also could be sponsoring a child for an entire school year, only you know where you are able to help and see your funds or supplies get to where you intend them to go.

Sometimes it really motivates you to do more or create an awareness with others to Get Involved... here are a few examples of others who have done so.

Mark & Susan Bird, from Ontario, Canada; contribute in order to celebrate with the kids and families a beautiful Christmas dinner with all the trimmings. Mark has got his eye on that food!

The impact you can make when you see and obtain that hands on experience, does so much more for your spirit as it does for those you serve. Mark and Susan have been actively involved with our group for over four years now. They have watched us build up from the beginning and their presence is just like if they were part of the Family and we consider them as such.

Thanksgiving 2007

Roxanne Bird, from Ontario, Canada, (center of the picture in the blue blouse) along with some of the local family members helps serve during this wonderful Thanksgiving Dinner in October of 2007.
Melonie Ebanks (in Blue) from Orlando, Florida, has been a tremendous supporter for over four years. She started out by handing out clothing directly to the local poor of Playa Oeste and the experience has touched her heart. Lolita, on the left of Melanie has recently began raising support by sending materials such as pencils for the school children each year. We are thankful for their hands on support and involvement in telling others to get involved. Ken Ward, from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, has helped with some of our building projects.

His expertise was helpful in the supervision and inspection of electrical work done.

He along with many others have visited us each year, every time with a specific project in mind and completing it with excellence.

Not only have they been supporting with projects but the Christian Community Center from Baton Rouge has also been a huge financial support by committing funds every month to the support of the school teachers as well as spiritual support for our home churches.

Here are some more pictures this is the Haitian section of our ministry which began back in 2005. The mission team came in to paint and repair the church.

Mission trip 2005 came through to help with the final paint work for the church.

Just imagine, you can combine a small getaway for you and your family while at the same time donating some of that time to helping a family or village in need. Send us an email today and see how you too can get involved be it with a church group.
